My name is Kent Tohyama and I am currently a senior at Santa Monica high school. This website serves as a "Digital Notebook" for me to show and keep my engineering projects in.

 

In my final year in this engineering program, I'd like to be able to use the skills that I've used so far to build something unique that I am proud of and something that can be shown to friends and family.

Within engineering, I am most interested in aerospace and environmental engineering. I think the development of new technologies both in air and space flight have drawn me to aerospace engineering, and environmental engineering is a field that I see as something that will grow in importance as we face the threat of climate change.

I am excited to show off what I accomplish during my last year of high school.
